By accessing or using inheritx.ai and related InheritX marketing sites (the “Sites”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.

These Terms apply to website visitors and people who contact us through the Sites. They do not replace separate written agreements for consulting or build engagements.

The Sites are operated by InheritX (“InheritX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an Enterprise AI Solutions company. Contact: contact@inheritx.com.

You may use the Sites for lawful business purposes—learning about our capabilities, reviewing public materials, and contacting us about potential work.

You agree not to misuse the Sites, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping in a way that impairs service, introducing malware, or using the Sites to violate law or third-party rights.

Content on the Sites—including text, graphics, logos, visuals, case narratives, and portfolio descriptions—is owned by InheritX or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission, except for limited personal or internal evaluation use that does not remove notices or misrepresent affiliation.

Client names, marks, and project details appear for illustration where permitted; third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

Materials on the Sites are for general information. They are not legal, security, compliance, investment, or other professional advice, and they do not create a client relationship.

Enterprise AI programs involve technical, legal, and operational judgment specific to your organization. Engage InheritX under a written agreement before relying on us for delivery.

Submitting a form or email does not obligate InheritX to enter an engagement. Any statement of work, fees, timelines, IP ownership, and confidentiality are defined only in executed contracts.

The Sites may link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

THE SITES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that content is complete or current.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INHERITX AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SITES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InheritX from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Sites or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer or data laws apply to you.

Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Sites, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have.

We may revise these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Sites after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
